Gogo of JuicyBomb issued a blogger challenge to dress up yourself or your alt and only spend $20L. I dressed up my unused alt Marisol mostly with items from the Good Shit Hunt.  There is always a hunt going so it shouldn’t be too hard for a newbie to find decent items.  Personally, I think finding good freebie skins to be a challenge.  Also with the closing of ETD, a nice assortment of decent, even though dated, freebie hair is lost.  But I hear that there are some nice truth hairs in the library, so that makes up a bit for it.
